Section III

1. I am running because I care about my generations’ future. I want to be involved with the decision making process.   We need to solve the pressing issues that face my community.  We need to improve our Education, Energy, Healthcare, and Transportation systems.  I don’t want to be dealing with these problems when I am older, they should have been drastically improved by this time. Immediate actions need to be taken; I have the energy and character to provide leadership to improve these systems.

I want to continue improving the standard of living of all Washingtonians.

2. My good intentions are my best assets.  I am fair, dedicated, and have the energy to make a difference.   One of the most important traits is the fact that I am open, willing, to learn from my elders and experts. I am a person that wants to give back to the community. This state received me and my family with open arms.

 3. My biggest accomplishment is seeing my parents proud of me. I am the only one in my family to attend and   graduate from college. I am the 8th child of nine.  I currently run and have been running my small business since I was 21.  I believe these accomplishments at my age, 25, contribute to my qualifications to be a great representative for my district.

4. My experience with my community comes from my interaction everyday with people.  My business allows me to meet new people everyday. I get to listen to their problems, life experience, and issues concerning them.  They have given me the confidence in my leadership skills to run for office and improve their lives.

5. My job will be to represent my district and solve the issues important to my constituents.  The most important duty is delivering results to my district.
